GETIR

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Getir is a company whose product is a Mobile App that offers to place your grocery order to be delivered in about 15 minutes.
This project is a fictitious scenario, completed as a part of UX/UI Design Bootcamp at Ironhack.

CHALLENGE
Evaluate the possibility and desirability of adding a feature allowing someone to schedule a grocery delivery for a future date/time.

GOALS
Development of a feature that helps users to plan their groceries.

PROCESS

USER SURVEY
I started conducting a survey to understand user's motivations and pains using Apps of grocery delivery and there were 3 key questions to get my quantitative research accordingly their behavior with these Apps and as a qualitative research I made them 2 open questions to let them explain me "Why did they select this option?".

The survey showed me that they were interested in the feature, to recognized their problems and how to ideate a possible solution.

PROBLEM & HYPOTHESIS STATEMENT
Once the issue to work on has been chosen, I set the problem statement:

USER PERSONA
After I gathered the motivations and frustrations, Gabriela was born, giving a face to the User Persona and doing some storytelling:

USER JOURNEY
I delineated Gabriela's Journey to identify the moment she makes use of the App in her real life.

TASK FLOW
Before ideating the wireframes feature, I did a Task Flow with all possible scenarios that could help Gabriela reach her goal.

WIREFRAMES PROPOSITIONS & ITERATIONS
I iterate the Mobile App to find where it could be the best option to implement the feature and other propositions to improve the User Experience.

HI-FI WIREFRAMES & PROTOTYPE
I designed the Hi-Fi Wireframes, including the new propositions, following Getir's Branding Guideline and I prototype them.

TEST IT YOURSELF!

CONCLUSIONS & NEXT STEPS...

While doing this project, I learned:
• To ask the correct questions for my current project, but taking the advantage of the research time to get some other insights for future problems or features that could be related to
• A feature can be implemented in different pages or flows, so iteration is very important for these scenarios
• To prioritize ideas accordingly to my time, but I keep in mind that all the ideas can be tested to make decisions

The following steps are:
• Conduct Accessibility Testings
•  UI Kit refine
•  Design the second option of feature implementation on Homepage with its banner
• Compare the sales and scheduled deliveries results to refute or approve the hypothesis
• Bring more feature ideas!
